Advocacy Everywhere is the software and support service package for local (and state, if desired) Calls for Action (CFA). It is designed to expand the influence of the REALTOR® Associations at the local or state level and to increase REALTOR® and consumer participation in calls for action.  Advocacy Everywhere expedites the setup of a CFA, lowers staff members’ administrative commitment, and removes the technical requirement of learning the software. Our team also provides expertise in how best to communicate with both REALTORS® and elected officials to increase both action rates and likelihood of success.

HOW TO UTILIZE THE TOOLS:

When you need a CFA, simply visit www.REALTORParty.REALTOR – under ‘Tools and Resources’ menu, look for the Call for Action (CFA) Request Form – or the direct link here.  Complete the request form which will ask you for your contact information, association information, the type of CFA (REALTOR, consumer or both), the issue of the CFA, the elected officials you intend to target, and the dates for the CFA.  A contact will reach out to you in short order and provide access to an additional form to provide more details regarding the issue, your desired messaging and intended targets.

 

TIME:

Advocacy Everywhere can launch and monitor a call for action with the following estimated turnaround times:

  • Traditional CFA to REALTORS®: 3-4 hours

  • Text Messaging: 1-2 hours

  • Broker State CFA: 1-2 days

  • Online Advertising: 1-2 days

  • Patch Through Calls: 1-2 days

  • Consumer CFA: 2-3 days

  • Reporting Dashboard: 2 hours after CFA launch
