Polling Field Assistant | Full-Time

*Candidates based out of the St. Louis area are preferred*

Real Strategies is seeking a motivated individual to serve as Field Assistant. This individual’s primary responsibility will be to assist in scheduling, deployment and coordination of data compilation of public opinion surveys and focus groups. Real Strategies conducts public opinion surveys and focus groups for trade associations, non-profit organizations and corporations engaged in advocacy campaigns and for clients’ internal research purposes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist in oversight, scheduling and logistics with phone bank and Focus Group
    subcontractors.

  • Help manage and update internal project schedules.

  • Coordinate schedule with internal data team for both phone samples and
    processing of survey results.

  • Keep the data team up-to-date on expected polls/workload.

  • Track progress of polls.

  • Monitor actual interviews.

  • Assist booking of focus group facilities, overseeing participant recruitment, and handling logistics (e.g. AV, print outs, food, directions and parking)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)

  • Multi-Tasker

  • Works well with data/numbers

  • Attention to detail

  • Basic Office Skills

  • Elevated social/communication skills - need to communicate across varying levels of organizations and industry types.

 

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

  • Elevated Excel and Alteryx skills

  • Any Tableau experience/skills
